At Peter Jackson, we are committed to ensuring your tailored garments fit perfectly; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or use our guest returns link to select the items you wish to send back and receive your unique return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective covers are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery information.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized postal location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
